Women's Self Defense Seminar - Coming April 2nd

Master Saucier will be teaching his Women's Self Defense seminar at the school on April 2nd. This is a hands on class where adult and teen women will learn and practice several self defense techniques. The class will run from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Saturday April 2nd. Cost is $50.

Lost & Found - Claim it soon!

We have collected a fairly nice array of jackets, sweat shirts, and other clothes over the last few months. Please look through these items next time your in class. If they are not claimed soon we will need to think about donating them.
